Poor Workmanship and Communication
Ivan C. shares a negative experience with Gary Klinglehut, who was hired to finish their partly finished basement. The electrical and hvac work were contracted out and done well, but Gary decided to save money by doing the sheet rocking, mudding, and taping himself.
