Everything positive from start to finish. Jim, who we met with first was professional and focused on facts, not sales. Ellie, our project manager, was timely and accurate in her communications. Work crew was right on time, professional, and accurate in communications about project. From our (non-professional) assessment everything looked wonderful. More importantly, work passed city inspection with flying colors. Cost was well within our expectations. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time I have used Craftsmen Home Improvement for updates and repairs to my home. They are my "go-to" company when I want excellence in customer service and in getting the results I desire. This particular project turned out to be much larger than I had expected, but with guidance and expertise from Jay Aos and his team, I feel secure knowing repairs have been made and the outcome superb.

I know have a beautiful new deck which my family and I are already taking advantage of and new windows to enjoy the view. I will always call on Craftsmen Home Improvement and would high recommend to others looking for the best.

Craftsmen Home Improvements went out of their way to ensure a smooth process to purchasing and installing our new roof. We needed replacements for our roof, soffits/fascia and gutters/downspouts, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We used Craftsmen Home Improvements to install 6 replacement windows. From the initial contact with Erik when we met for our consultation, to the project coordination by Kim, to the installation by Tom, Jim and crew, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Their skills and customer service are outstanding. Dan, the owner, even called us on a Sunday to answer a question that we had.

During this pandemic, they are very respectful of their crew and customers and do everything possible to ensure the safety of everyone involved. We had our house and garage roof shingled by Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. The Project Manager kept us informed as to the crew's schedule and when there were any changes to the schedule. When the crew arrived, Matt introduced himself and was very willing to answer any questions we had during the process. They made sure to have any exposed portions of the roof covered thoroughly (in case of rain) when they left at the end of their day.

We were very appreciative of how they covered up our landscaping with tarps. We enjoyed working with this crew. They worked very hard and completed the project in a timely fashion and the new roof looks great.

We love the Craftsmen team. Jim is delightful to do business with and did a great job providing recommendations and looking for design solutions for our windows and doors. The crew that installed our windows and doors did an excellent job, and was very professional, and I was impressed with how many people were present to ensure a good installation. Would definitely use this team again!

We were very pleased with our window project done by Craftsman Home improvements. Erik walked us through the different window vendors and the pros and cons of each. He also explained how the new windows would be fitted into place. The install crew of Tom, Jim and Tyler were very meticulous in the work that they did. We were impressed with the communication they provided and the time they took to explain the process and ensure we were happy with the result.

They did a great job of cleaning up the work areas each day and keep the disruption in our home to a minimum. We had custom window sills in our home and the crew did a wonderful job of being able to reuse them and replace when appropriate. The final look, inside and out, is superb.

I really appreciated Jim who was very thorough and up front about the work and costs involved in replacing our roof. The work was excellent, timely, and professional. The crew was very courteous and went out of their way to not leave any mess in our yard. They communicated to us the status and how things were coming along. What was striking for me was the realistic assessments I was given both from Jim and the crew in terms of amount of work involved, the timeline (the weather forced the crew to cease working). Overall, I'm more than satisfied and would be more than happy to refer Craftsmen Home Improvements to my friends. Thank you!

Representative promptly visited the house in late February, immediately diagnosed why the roof was leaking and recommended replacing all the shingles. Started the job less than a week later, when weather permitted (i.e. snow had melted). The crew was very polite and considerate, answered all my questions, and very efficiently stripped off the old shingles and replaced with high quality replacement shingles that look a thousand times better.

Crew came back two additional times to finish the roof because the job was interrupted by weather and the need to rebuild the chimney. Each time I received courtesy calls from the coordinator telling me when the crew would arrive. The crew left the lawn spotless after each visit. This workers for this business are superbly skilled, very courteous and extremely conscientious. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend (and in fact have recommended) them with enthusiasm to friends and co-workers for any roofing job.

Craftsmen Home Improvements did a great job on our new roof. They explained everything in detail before they started and followed that plan completely. From notifying us of start date to final correspondence. The crew was wonderful, worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done beautifully. Our yard looked better when they left than before they started. I highly recommend Matt, Elmer and their crew for replacing your roof.

We are very satisfied with Craftsmen Home Improvements. We had a significant roof leak for our flat roof and we are so grateful that Craftsmen Home Improvements were able to schedule us in prior to the significant rains we are currently experiencing. We are happy to note that we have not had any leakage issues whatsoever. The crew was very courteous and left our yard impeccable. The dumpster was removed promptly right after the work was completed. All of the staff at Craftsmen Home Improvements were wonderful to work with.
