Poor Customer Service
The technicians from Ocean Glass were described as unprofessional and careless in their work. In one instance, a technician left without doing any work because the customer didn't answer their phone immediately, and didn't even bother to knock on the door. Another customer experienced a technician who yelled at them and was condescending.
Unreliable Workmanship
Many customers reported that the work done by Ocean Glass was subpar. One customer had a piece of glass replaced in a window, but the technician didn't caulk the window or replace the seal. Another customer had a trapezoid window replaced, but the new one was the wrong size and took months to install. The installation was also described as messy, with excess silicone on the outside of the window.
