Well Dressed Windows has been a trusted provider of high-quality window treatments, blinds, shades, shutters, and custom bedding since 1995. Our journey started with Eileen Zimmerman's love for fabrics and sewing, which began when she was just twelve years old. Eileen's passion led her to pursue a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Kent State University, followed by more than twenty years of experience in the family business, Paint & Pattern Centers.

When mini and vertical blinds became popular, Eileen became an expert in the field, addressing the growing demand for valances to cover blind headrails. Her experience in a drapery workroom as the office administrator paved the way for the birth of Well Dressed Windows in May 1995. Donald Zimmerman, Eileen's other half, manages marketing and general business operations. His essential role is ensuring that Eileen connects with people and shares her expertise in creating stunning window treatments.

Our extensive range of services includes treatments for arch top windows, decorating with shutters, custom bedding and pillows, and treatments for two-story windows. We offer a broad selection of colors, fabrics, and styles to suit various decorating styles, such as contemporary, country French, eclectic, mission, modern, rustic, southwestern, traditional, transitional, and urban/metropolitan.

Attention to Details

At Well Dressed Windows, we believe that quality matters. Our draperies and valances are lined with high-quality 100% cotton lining in a cream color, which doesn't appear as a white sheet from the outside. To give our items a dressmaker detailing, we use tiny cording or piping called micro cording to finish the edges of valances and many other items.
