Business Details
We have been providing meticulous window cleaning services since 1989, accumulating over 25 years of experience on the most difficult homes. Our team protects your property, landscaping, and furnishings as a top priority during every job. We specialize in cleaning crystal chandeliers individually with a damp chamois, a technique refined over two decades. Our employees are fully covered by workers compensation insurance and must have months of experience before working unsupervised inside your home. We guarantee satisfaction by promising to return and touch up any work that does not meet our exacting standards. Our pricing is transparent, based on window count, estimated time, accessibility, and difficulty rather than hidden fees.
We use professional-grade squeegees, sponges, and surgical towels that are constantly exchanged for clean ones to ensure streak-free results. Our expertise extends to high-rise and commercial buildings, giving us the unique ability to tackle challenging residential projects. We clean all glass surfaces including windows, mirrors, skylights, light fixtures, and gutters with the same meticulous care. Many clients have remained with us since our founding, a testament to our honesty, integrity, and commitment to earning referrals. We also offer pressure washing services to maintain the exterior beauty of your home.

Services
Windows
We clean windows professionally using squeegees, sponges, and surgical towels that are constantly exchanged for clean ones. Our team uses different sized squeegees for various pane sizes to ensure streak-free results. We detail every window, including screens and sills, for a complete finish.
Chandeliers
We clean crystal chandeliers individually with a damp chamois, a method perfected over twenty years for superior results. Each crystal is hand-wiped, and we rinse the chamois frequently to prevent residue buildup. We also clean light bulbs and replace any burned-out bulbs provided by the client.
Mirrors
We clean mirrors using the same professional squeegee and surgical towel technique as our window service for streak-free clarity. Clean towels are constantly exchanged during the process to maintain a pristine finish on every surface. This meticulous approach ensures mirrors remain spotless and reflective without streaks or residue.
Skylights
We clean both flat glass and plastic bubble skylights inside and outside, often pricing them separately due to differing difficulty. The interior is typically cleaned less frequently than the exterior, saving clients money on regular maintenance. Our team safely accesses difficult skylights using ladders and extensive high-rise experience.
Gutters
We remove gutter debris by hand or with scooping tools, bagging all waste for clean disposal. Downspouts are cleared using a plumber's snake or water flushing to ensure proper drainage. This service leverages our ladder expertise and is often combined with window cleaning for convenience.
