Poor Installation and Maintenance
One reviewer, Rachel DeCorvo, had a terrible experience with Turo Gutters. After installing gutter guards, she experienced overflows and called Turo back to fix the issue. However, another storm led to another overflow, and she discovered that the guards were installed without cleaning out the gutters first. This resulted in wire mesh sticking up and under her shingles, creating openings for small animals and debris accumulation.
