Disappointing Experiences with Window Classics
Lack of Responsiveness
Customers have reported experiencing extremely long waiting periods for estimates and installations. One customer waited 75 days for an estimate, only to be ignored by the salesperson, Tod, after 60 days. This lack of responsiveness has led to frustration and a loss of trust in the company.
Poor Quality Control and Manufacturing Issues
Another customer had a horrific experience with a door order that was supposed to be storm-rated and fabricated with metal and glass. However, the door arrived without the aluminum applied mounting pieces, and subsequently, with scratches all over. The door was rejected multiple times, wasting valuable time and causing frustration. The issue was attributed to lack of attention to detail, lack of professionalism, and poor quality control.
Unreliable Partnerships
The company's partnership with Marvin Coastline has also been called into question. The customer was told that Marvin Coastline is responsible for the manufacturing of their products, but when issues arose, the customer was left with no answers and no solution.
