Justin was praised for being quick, easy to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician who visited Jon Kramer was also friendly, showed him how to fix the issue himself, and provided a reasonable quote for the service call.

However, Ryan Steele had a negative experience with Jim at the parts counter, who was reportedly snarky, rude, and unprofessional. Steve Wetzel also had a poor experience, with a cancelled appointment, rude and unprofessional service staff, and a supposedly uninstalled door that was not installed correctly. Jon Kramer had a mixed experience, with a pleasant initial service call, but a subsequent issue with a part that did not solve the problem and an unprofessional follow-up phone call.
