- Chris Gauger, Operations Manager: Chris has been with La Mesa Lumber since 1983 and has worked his way up to Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing deliveries, yard sales, equipment, and inventory management.
- Kim Wood, Retail Hardware Sales Manager: Kim has been with La Mesa Lumber since 1988 and is responsible for managing our hardware and tool department. He stays in touch with customers and is quick to stock new products they ask for.
- Wes Troy, General Manager: Wes has been with La Mesa Lumber since 2018 and brings a wealth of experience to his role as General Manager. With a background in hospitality, Wes is focused on customer service and employee engagement.
