Our garage door needed to be replaced as it was not functional. I called A+ and they came out, assessed the damage and provided a quote in the same day. They also provided a temporary fix to allow the door to open and close. They provided a reasonable price for the door and labor, threw in new trim replacement and provided a military discount on the door. When the door was ordered, they came back and removed the old door, adjusted the location of the motor for smoother operation, installed the new door, added trim that had a great seal, and disposed of the old door. This is truly A+ service! Not too mention a warranty included as well!

Process to schedule appointment was quite easy online. My appointment was very quickly confirmed. I was notified when they were on their way and sent a picture of the person who would be coming to do the repairs. He reviewed what I wanted done before he started and then did a full evaluation of my garage doors. He then presented his recommendations to fix the problems mentioned and also make some improvements. He gave upfront pricing for each service, answered my questions , and did not pressure me into anything. After job was done, he showed me what he did and made sure I was satisfied with the results. He then communicated their warranty on his work and the parts installed and provided the information to me for future reference. Price charged was price quoted. A good experience with Rich and would definitely recommend him and A-Plus to others.

I am very satisfied by the service that A-plus garage doors provided. Their service technician, Rich Ford was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He offered many options and cost points for the problem at hand as well vas recommendations to optimize the functioning of my garage doors. I am very pleased with the end result and final cost. A Plus came the very next day after my garage spring broke. They sent Kasey who was very friendly & professional. He was prompt & communicated very well. Im giving a 5 star because of Kasey. The only reserve I have is the cost to replace the spring was $438 which seemed high, I will definitely get more bids in the future.

Josue came within a couple hours of reaching out to the company via email. Same day service! He actually arrived a little earlier than schdudied, and even let me know he was running a head of schedule. He was professional and efficient. He arrived, introduced himsself, told me hed do a full assessment and then give me some options. He did all of those things, and then he got to work. My door needed a lot of repairs and replacements. But within a couple hours he was done. The price didnt change and the work was done as promised. I have zero complaints and only compliments! He even found something during the repair that he hadnt accounted for, but kept his word and did the work to repair that, too! The door has never run better! I'll definitely be using him and then again!

We just replaced our garage door through A Plus and had a great experience. A Plus came promptly to assess and quote a new door. The new door arrived as quoted, on-time, and installation was quick. Our installer Cameron Hatch was great - he arrived right on time, explained everything they were doing, completed the install quickly, and then trained us on the function and maintenance of the door. Overall an easy, hassle-free experience.
