Super professional. Helped my parents with a custom shower and mirror. They came out and told the contractor what he needed to do to allow for proper fit. When they came out with the glass the installer immediately noticed a problem and brought everything back and redid it. My parents have not stopped raving since the install. Thank you Apex!

I prefer to business with locals and I'm very happy with the work Apex did replacing the broken glass in my kitchen slider. Everything was done in a timely manner and the price was competitive. The install crew was courteous, on-time and cleaned up after themselves and they were even friendly to my cats.

Apex is a family owned and operated business nestled in the heart of the Sandy Hook community. The owner, Frank, goes out of his way to accommodate customers and contractors and does his best to complete jobs in a timely manner. Mr. Pitrone has, on several occasions, had his staff come in many hours early to complete jobs for his customers. He personally travels to job sites to ensure that the highest quality work is done.
He also takes special care to work with veterans, elderly and disabled people who need his help, and works hard to care for situations such as break-ins, weather-related issues, etc. Apex has a wonderful staff of friendly people who will make you feel like family.

Gary came into our store and was belligerent with the employees. Honestly when you come in and swear at our employees and act in essentially a way that you COULD be brought up on harassment charges, you can't expect a place to take you seriously. Our staff works hard and they are not here to take verbal abuse from you. I suggest Gary Bonazzo checks himself in for a psychological evaluation.
