Rude Sales Person and Unprofessional Service
Randy May gave Door and Frame Solutions a 1-star rating due to his poor experience with sales person Art. Art was rude and unprofessional, leading Randy to wait on them to finish a job, which they ultimately didn't do. The phone number provided by Art no longer accepts messages, and Randy had to deal with Art hanging up on him.
