Poor Customer Service and Unwarranted Expectations
Beckie M.'s review shares a disappointing experience with Window Scenes, a company she initially used to design window coverings in 2002. She mentions that they did a poor job installing the wooden blinds despite not complaining at the time. Fast forward to today, Beckie contacted the company for some repairs and was expecting to be charged for the work. However, the person she spoke to seemed uninterested in helping her, requesting that she email the paperwork and describe the work she needed to have done. Beckie explained that she was not well equipped to complete this task due to a recent kidney removal surgery, but the customer service representative didn't seem to care.
Challenges with Communication and Empathy
Beckie explicitly highlights the poor communication and lack of empathy from the representative, stating that they wanted her to email paperwork and details about the repairs, despite her explanation of being unable to complete these tasks due to her health issues. This experience left Beckie feeling frustrated and disenchanted with the company's customer service.
