Product Quality Issues
Reviews indicate that Southern Sash has issues with producing and delivering high-quality products. One customer reported receiving a door that was the wrong size, specifically 36 x 79 instead of the ordered 36 x 82 1/2, causing inconvenience and delay.
Customer Service Concerns
